Partner -- Executive Search

Base Salary: $175k+ OTE: $750K-1.5mil+

Location: US Wide Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

I'm currently representing a retained executive search firm, founded and led by a diverse team of women and leaders of colour. They have an unrivalled track record of nearly two decades guiding and implementing an inclusive search process, centering both their work and their culture in equity and inclusion.

The firm was established in the early 2000s by Partners who previously worked together at major global search firms. Their clients include leading corporations, global and national nonprofits, public sector entities, social impact and entrepreneurial organizations.

About the Team

The team brings extensive experience and credentials in senior-level recruitment. Speaking eight languages, with experience living on four continents, and having led search assignments in more than 15 countries, they have a deep understanding of the multicultural needs of their global clients.

The Opportunity

Ideal Profile:

• 5 Years+ Exec Search experience
• Retained experience / Origination focused
• Strong Billing background; $800,000+ annual billings
• Open on market experience from: life science, healthcare, industrial, consumer, financial services, technology, private equity etc

Offering:

• Base $175k
• Commission scheme up to 50%, rough pay outs of 50% on all billings -- no deductions for research, admin, marketing etc - 25% if executing. OTE - $750k+
• Opportunity to work fully remote or in office with a very collaborative team (2 partners per search)
