Partner -- Executive Search -- Private Equity Specialists

• Base Salary: Up to $350k (DOE)
• OTE: $750k--$1.5mil+
• Location: US WIDE -- Permanent, Full-time

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years Executive Search experience
• Strong origination background; retained search expertise preferred
• $600k+ annual billings
• Open to market experience across Private Equity, Consumer, Financial Services, Technology, Life Sciences, Healthcare or Industrial.

Offering

• Up to $350k base salary (DOE)
• 45% pay out on personal production
