Paid Media Specialist

Position Overview

HigherVisibility, a leading internet marketing firm, is seeking an experienced, fully remote Paid Media Specialist. If you possess strong analytical skills, are highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, we want to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization (70%)

• Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads following agency best practices.
• Execute routine optimizations, including keyword expansion, negative keyword management, bid adjustments, and ad copy testing.
• Monitor daily performance and budget pacing across a high volume of accounts.
• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance guidelines for all ad copy and creative materials.

Reporting & Analysis (20%)

• Generate accurate and timely performance reports using internal tools.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure conversion tracking and pixels are functioning correctly.

Continuous Learning & Development (10%)

• Participate in 1:1 meetings, team training, and mentorship sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and new features.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on paid media management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Technical Expertise: Solid foundation in Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads Manager. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with franchise or multi-location clients.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
