Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Project Finance to join our team in Beverly, MA. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of project financings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of project financings.
- Lead investor engagement and manage due diligence processes.
- Oversee dataroom management and organization.
- Negotiate transaction documents.
- Coordinate third-party consultant reports.
- Manage all closing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a closely related field.
- Relevant professional experience.
Work Environment
- Location: Beverly, MA.
- Flexibility: Telecommuting is available, with 1-2 days in-office per week required.
