Job Description

• Review and process GAP/Waiver claims by collecting, validating, and analyzing required documentation from customers, lenders, insurers, and dealerships to ensure claim eligibility and completeness.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment, handling inbound calls related to claim status, documentation requirements, settlement explanations, and claim processing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed claim records by updating internal systems with claim activity, conversations, correspondence, documentation, and payment information.
• Investigate reported claims to verify all required documentation has been received, identify missing information, and follow up with customers and stakeholders to advance claims toward resolution.
• Prepare and submit completed claim files for final review and disposition, ensuring compliance with company policies, state regulations, service standards, and schedule adherence requirements.

Requirements

• Must have (3) years of claims experience.
• Must have gap claims experience within auto insurance.
• Must have call center experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.

Nice to Have

• P&C Adjuster's License.
• Bilingual: Spanish/English.

Note

• Candidates without gap experience would be onsite in Tampa, 33626 at $20-$22 per hour.
