Client Solutions Manager

Location: Tampa, 33607 - WFH Flexible Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Must be able to flex after-hours for client needs) Pay: Competitive, $80,000 OTE with uncapped commission potential (up to $100K+)

Onsite presence is required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, or as needed for administrative tasks such as collecting IDs and conducting drug screenings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build credibility with clients by delivering highly qualified candidates and consultative hiring guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships by understanding hiring needs, workforce gaps, and business goals.
  • Proactively source, engage, and recruit passive candidates through networking (LinkedIn, Facebook, groups), referrals, cold outreach, and social media content.
  • Devise marketing plans for career opportunities and communicate the value to candidates.
  • Build and maintain hard-to-find talent pipelines aligned with client culture and long-term needs.
  • Leverage AI, data manipulation, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent at scale.
  • Promote candidate talent to clients to create hiring opportunities and add value beyond active job orders.
  • Provide market insights, hiring trends, and talent availability data to support client decision-making.
  • Maintain a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Success Metrics

  • Manage a high-volume workload of ~30 open roles.
  • Conduct a target of 20 interviews weekly with qualified candidates.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Focus on quality over quantity to deliver highly qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with the team to reach a goal of 20 contract starts per week.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of staffing recruiting experience.
  • Technically proficient in sourcing tools and talent attraction strategies.
  • Professional B2B communication skills.
  • High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and reference check.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
