Client Services Manager (Recruiter)
Location: Tampa, 33607 - WFH Flexible
Onsite: Required M, W, F and/or as-needed to collect IDs, conduct drug screenings, etc.
Schedule: M-F, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM work hours are required. Must be able to flex after-hours for client needs.
Pay: Depending upon experience. $80,000 on target earnings, no commission cap.
The Client Services Manager sources, recruits, screens, connects and manages exceptional temporary employees/contractors for our clients. The Client Services Manager directly impacts our client's success (and ours) by providing exceptional candidates for our client's job openings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates daily through a variety of channels, including our internal candidate database.
- Recruit and engage with prospective candidates through a two-step interview process, beginning with a candidate-focused phone screen to understand their goals, followed by a virtual interview to pitch and discuss client opportunities that are a strong fit.
- Work directly with our client's hiring managers to fulfill their recruiting requirements by connecting them to exceptional candidates.
- Manage a staff of temporary/contract employees which includes negotiating job offers, onboarding new hires, coaching, disciplining and termination.
- Proactively market potential candidates to our clients for consideration.
- Responsible for meeting key metrics to build a solid candidate pool within a specific niche area.
- Roles: Large call center classes, administrative roles, leadership roles, human resources roles, and more!
What does success look like?
- Manage a high-volume workload of ~30 open roles at a time.
- Conduct a target of 20 interviews weekly with qualified candidates.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Proactively build talent pipelines through networking and diverse sourcing strategies (not a "post and pray" approach).
- As a boutique agency, focus on quality over quantity—delivering highly qualified candidates rather than volume.

Compensation:
$80,000 per year
