Remote Account Based Marketing Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000 USD/month Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business Hours.

The Role

Our Client is seeking an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Specialist to serve as the primary architect of their high-growth outbound engine. Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager, this individual will lead the strategic execution of account-based programs by utilizing data to identify high-value targets and building automated systems to convert them into a viable pipeline. This is a highly technical and analytical role centered on outbound mastery, requiring the specialist to build hyper-personalized, AI-driven outreach at scale while providing the data-backed frameworks necessary for resonant messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Engine Architecture

  • Builds and maintains sophisticated cold email systems using Instantly and Clay, ensuring high deliverability and 1:1 personalization at scale.
  • Manages the technical health of outreach infrastructure, including secondary domains and inbox "warm-up" protocols.
  • Acts as the power-user and administrator for the ABM suite (HubSpot, Instantly), optimizing workflows, lead rotations, and tracking pixels.

Data Engineering & AI Integration

  • Utilizes AI tools to scrape websites, analyze account data, and generate custom business cases for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Engineers precise target account lists using Clay, Primer, and ZoomInfo, identifying "trigger events" to launch automated, timely plays.
  • Leads the hand-off between data and creative by briefing content teams on specific account pain points and personas.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Owns the reporting dashboard for all ABM initiatives, tracking account engagement, reply rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Provides actionable insights to leadership to pivot or scale campaigns based on data patterns.
  • Translates technical metrics into clear business outcomes and measurable revenue impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience, with a specialized focus on ABM, Sales Ops, or Demand Generation.
  • Tech Stack Mastery: Extensive experience with tools such as Clay, Instantly, Primer, Propensity, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.io.
  • CRM Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot reporting and Excel/BI tools for data pattern identification.
  • AI Literacy: Mastery of AI tools for workflow efficiency, data cleaning, and scaling research-heavy personalization.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of outreach infrastructure, including bypassing spam filters and managing integrations.
  • Communication: English C1 level required; must be comfortable collaborating daily with U.S.-based leadership and presenting technical data.
