Remote Appointment Setter (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: Hourly base structure + performance-based bonuses yielding an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $2,000 – $2,400+ USD/month. Schedule: 40 hours per week with structural flexibility to accommodate operational off-hours, afternoon/evening shifts (e.g., 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM US Eastern Time / EST), and standard weekend coverage. Exact shift allocation to be discussed during interviews.

The Role
Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic, highly persuasive, and resilient Lead Setter / Inside Sales Representative to act as the primary voice and lead-conversion engine of their regional remodeling pipeline. This is a high-volume, performance-driven remote position focused on converting raw prospective interest into qualified sales opportunities. The successful candidate will navigate complex inbound and outbound phone streams, establish rapid psychological rapport with property owners, qualify prospect criteria using targeted scripts, and meticulously secure confirmed appointments for the field-based Design Consultant team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Appointment Architecture
- Handles a high volume of inbound inquiries and outgoing outbound calls to capture and engage warm and cold prospective residential remodeling leads.
- Utilizes persuasive, relationship-driven sales tactics to navigate objections, establish brand trust, and book high-intent in-home sales appointments for field Design Consultants.
- Manages the active sales calendar, tracking consultant availability dynamically, and coordinating fluid appointment rescheduling loops when logistical conflicts arise.
Data Management, Verification & Scripting
- Conducts strategic discovery conversations to verify demographic data, financing potential, scope of work interest, and property ownership variables.
- Enters, updates, and monitors customer profiles inside the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, maintaining absolute data integrity and comprehensive call logs.
- Learns, masters, and continuously implements the formalized Franchise Sales System, utilizing approved structural scripts, tools, and ongoing performance training modules.
- Provides general remote office administrative support, processing incoming correspondence and elevating specific consumer service friction points to local management.
Required Qualifications
- Industry Trajectory: 2–3 years of verified success in customer service, inside sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing explicitly within the home services, residential construction, real estate, or home improvement sectors.
- Communication & Stamina: Exceptional verbal English communication skills, characterized by a professional phone presence, persuasive cadence, and the structural physical stamina to execute long-duration conversational phone pipelines productively.
- Technical Workspace Mastery: Proficiency navigating corporate software portfolios, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), calendar software, and advanced remote cloud configurations.
- Data Discipline: Strong data entry skills and intense attention to detail, ensuring that lead profile notes inside the company CRM are concise, structured, and completely accurate.
- Autonomy & Soft Skills: Highly self-motivated and capable of maintaining a high-velocity output under minimal direct supervision inside a remote home office framework.
- Infrastructure Setup: Ownership of an isolated, completely quiet remote workspace free from background noises, a modern computer setup, and a stable, high-speed wired internet connection optimized for uninterrupted VoIP telephony execution.

- Advanced experience navigating customized cloud CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MarketSharp, or home service-specific scheduling suites).
