About the Role
Our Client is seeking a proactive, results-driven Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as the crucial first point of contact for high-intent prospects. This is a phone-heavy role that requires exceptional professionalism, persistence, and speed. The primary mission is to maximize pipeline velocity by qualifying inbound demo requests and free product sign-ups, specifically focusing on identifying high-fit Enterprise-level opportunities. The SDR will be the engine behind the qualification process, setting the stage for Account Executives to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Qualification

Rapidly follows up on all inbound demo requests and chat-based inquiries to ensure maximum "speed-to-lead."

Conducts high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects exhibiting high intent, such as those signing up for free products or showing significant website activity.

Leads discovery calls to confirm budget, authority, need, and organizational fit (BANT/MEDDIC) for Enterprise solutions.
Meeting Generation & Pipeline Management

Focuses on setting high-quality, qualified meetings for Account Executives with prospects that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Manages the smooth handoff of opportunities to AEs, providing well-documented insights and clean data to ensure a seamless sales transition.

Maintains meticulous pipeline hygiene within HubSpot, ensuring all activity, logging, and reporting are accurate and up to date.
Strategic Coordination

Prioritizes multiple live chat and demo requests simultaneously based on lead scoring and intent data.

Collaborates with sales leadership to refine qualification frameworks and improve the quality of the sales pipeline.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
-
Experience: 1--2+ years in an SDR or junior sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, MarTech, or agency environments.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; highly comfortable and confident making a high volume of phone calls.

Technical Skills: Fluency in HubSpot for tracking, logging, and performance reporting.

Sales Acumen: Ability to lead a qualification call and listen for "Enterprise fit" while managing a high-tempo workflow.

Organizational Skills: Naturally organized with strong follow-up instincts and an obsession with detail.
Preferred:

Experience with intent-scoring platforms (e.g., Clearbit, 6sense, or similar data tools).

Familiarity with structured qualification methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC.

A genuine interest in direct mail, personalization, or marketing automation technology.
