Position Details
- Location: Remote from Latin America
- Position Type: Full-time
- Salary: $1,300 to $1,500 USD/monthly
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M to 5:30 P.M, Central time.

The Role
Our Client is seeking a disciplined, detail-driven Contracts Administrator to own the full lifecycle of customer agreements. This role serves as the internal guardian of the company's contractual integrity, protecting recurring revenue and reducing organizational liability. The successful candidate will maintain the master contract audit as the absolute source of truth, drive targeted outreach to eliminate agreement gaps, manage document execution, and ensure flawless Salesforce data hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Cleanup & Structured Outreach
- Owns and maintains the master contract audit, systematically tracking which active accounts have signed, pending, or missing agreements.
- Conducts high-volume daily outreach (25–30 follow-up phone calls and structured emails) to active accounts with unsigned or expired contracts, prioritizing commercial files.
- Logs all client outreach parameters, interactions, and contract evolution statuses rigorously inside Salesforce.
- Maintains a transparent team scoreboard demonstrating contract gap reductions over time.
Account Transfers & DocuSign Workflows
- Leads the end-to-end DocuSign lifecycle when account responsibilities transfer from one client entity to another.
- Coordinates directly with Sales and Field Service teams to ensure compliance contracts are embedded into new account setups from day one.
- Reviews all transfer documentation to ensure files are fully countersigned, uploaded same-day to Google Drive, and accurately categorized within the CRM.
Internal Consultation & Compliance Support
- Serves as the primary internal point of contact for routine contractual questions regarding term lengths, rate structures, early termination clauses, and baseline liability.
- Resolves standard internal inquiries autonomously utilizing established scripts, templates, and SOPs.
- Escalates complex or higher-risk legal account matters directly to the Customer Success Manager.
- Conducts temporary, transitional collections support (25 outbound calls per day to past-due accounts) within a dedicated daily time block.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in contract administration, document compliance, account management, or a parallel administrative role requiring high data throughput.
- CRM Mastery: Direct, disciplined experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM for case management, contract tracking, and account file maintenance.
- E-Signature Frameworks: Hands-on experience routing, executing, and filing agreements inside DocuSign or equivalent e-signature software.
- Language: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable explaining contractual parameters and updates to premium clients over the phone.
- Execution Style: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational instincts, and the self-direction needed to own a process from start to finish without constant prompting.
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency across Google Workspace (specifically Google Drive folder structuring) and spreadsheet management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience within the home security, telecommunications, utility, or subscription-based service sectors.
- Strong background in managing high-volume call or case workflows with zero missed deliverables.
- Previous experience handling transitional receivables or soft collections workflows.
