Job Title: Remote Creative Media Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,800 - $2,500 USD/Month Schedule: Monday--Friday, Business Hours, Eastern Time or Central Time.

Job Overview

Our Client is seeking a Paid Social Creative Specialist to own the performance and strategic direction of creative assets across all paid social campaigns. This is a critical role that bridges the gap between media buying and content production. The successful candidate will not just "request" ads, but will define the why and how behind them---translating raw performance data into clear creative briefs, hooks, and testing roadmaps. This role ensures that creative output is continuously optimized to drive measurable business outcomes and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Direction

  • Translates performance data into clear creative direction, including specific hooks, angles, formats, and messaging concepts.
  • Defines campaign-level creative strategies for promotions, seasonal moments, and product launches.
  • Aligns creative assets to specific funnel stages, ensuring tailored messaging for prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
  • Recommends the ideal asset mix (static, video, UGC, etc.) based on real-time performance trends and platform-specific best practices.

Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Proactively analyzes creative performance using platform data and internal tools to identify trends across assets, audiences, and formats.
  • Partners with Data teams to uncover scalable insights that move beyond individual ad performance.
  • Contributes to monthly and quarterly reporting with insight-led narratives, providing actionable recommendations rather than just vanity metrics.

Testing & Roadmap Ownership

  • Owns and maintains the creative testing roadmap, defining priorities for messaging, hooks, and offers.
  • Ensures structured testing frameworks are consistently executed and tracked.
  • Documents learnings in client-specific playbooks to inform future scaling opportunities and prevent creative fatigue.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Owns the creative portion of campaign briefs and production requests to ensure the Creative team has all necessary strategic context.
  • Participates in internal and client calls as the subject matter expert on creative strategy.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams to ensure a unified approach to growth.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3--5 years of experience in paid social, performance creative, or growth marketing.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of performance creative and conversion-focused marketing principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable creative direction.
  • Copywriting: Strong copywriting and messaging skills with an eye for what stops the "scroll."
  • Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to lead discussions and present strategic narratives to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams (media buyers, designers, and data analysts).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specialized creative testing frameworks and experimentation models.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Motion, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) environment.
