Remote Demand Generation Manager (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000 - 4,000 USD/month depending on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm local time

They are currently seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join their internal GTM team and help drive pipeline growth through hands-on, performance-focused marketing initiatives.
Job Overview
The Demand Generation Manager will own marketing-generated pipeline and play a key role in driving revenue growth through multi-channel demand generation strategies. This is a highly hands-on role focused on pipeline creation, paid media, conversion optimization, and marketing systems management.
The ideal candidate has strong experience generating pipeline for U.S.-based B2B buyers, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable owning the demand engine end-to-end. This is not a people management position — it is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys testing, optimizing, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation
- Own marketing-generated pipeline with a focus on qualified opportunities and revenue impact.
- Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, LinkedIn, email marketing, and content initiatives targeting U.S. mid-market buyers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to refine ICPs, improve lead quality, and optimize conversion rates throughout the funnel.
Paid Media & Conversion Optimization
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance with a strong focus on ROI and revenue generation.
- Own conversion rate optimization across landing pages, demo flows, and high-intent website pages.
- Analyze funnel performance to identify drop-off points and continuously improve conversion rates.
Systems & Analytics
- Track funnel metrics and analyze pipeline performance from lead generation through revenue outcomes.
- Manage HubSpot processes including lead capture, routing, attribution, automation, and reporting.
- Build and optimize automation workflows to improve efficiency and scalability within the demand generation engine.
Qualifications, Requirements, and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
- Proven experience generating pipeline for U.S.-based B2B buyers.
- Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Demonstrated success improving conversion rates through data-driven optimization.
- Experience working in mid-market environments.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Must be based in Latin America.
Preferred Traits & Experience
- Strong focus on pipeline and revenue generation over vanity metrics.
- Experience operating independently or within lean marketing teams.
- Ability to move quickly, test frequently, and adapt based on performance data.
- Comfortable writing conversion-focused copy and building landing pages.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to influence decisions and challenge assumptions when needed.
