Remote Demand Generation Marketer — B2B SaaS
Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full Time Salary: $2,500 - $3,333 USD/month Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday. Flexible daily execution anytime between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST).
Position Overview
Our Client builds an industry-defining cloud ERP platform that serves as the comprehensive operating system for the fresh produce supply chain. Their unified platform integrates ERP functionalities, automated payment processing, and workforce management to empower growers, packers, shippers, and wholesalers. Backed by a leading software investor, they deeply serve a specialized vertical niche.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a data-driven, highly autonomous Demand Generation Marketer to step into an individual contributor seat as the sole dedicated marketer. This role is built entirely around moving prospective interest into high-performing, qualified sales pipeline. The successful candidate will own the paid advertising and lead generation funnel end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition & Funnel Ownership
- Plans, builds, and optimizes multi-channel paid acquisition budgets across Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (LinkedIn), Pre-Roll Video (YouTube), and programmatic agricultural trade media.
- Executes hyper-targeted geographic and audience campaigns.
- Builds full-funnel conversion pathways featuring high-, mid-, and low-intent landing pages, interactive product tours, and tailored lead magnets.
- Oversees the capture, technical routing, and lifecycle nurturing of all inbound leads utilizing automated HubSpot infrastructure.
- Establishes cross-channel data dashboards to track attribution models, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Cost Per Demo.
Website Optimization & Multichannel Execution
- Manages and transforms the corporate web ecosystem within Wix into an advanced, direct-response demand generation hub.
- Spearheads technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
- Audits, segments, and cleanses the HubSpot database.
- Coordinates the creation of results-driven case studies and pitch enablement content.
- Manages organic corporate social streams, handles produce-trade PR list pitches, and deploys marketing playbooks for major conventions.
- Oversees the corporate marketing calendar and manages third-party creative vendors.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of verifiable success in B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record driving demand generation, paid media, and pipeline revenue.
- Funnel Mastery: Documented background owning full-funnel architectures, multi-intent conversion paths, landing page CRO, and database mechanics.
- HubSpot Mastery: High proficiency using HubSpot for advanced user segmentation, automated lifecycle nurtures, behavioral lead scoring, and building ROI dashboards.
- Platform Operations: Hands-on command of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Wix.
- Autonomy & Communication: Elite written and verbal English communication skills. Proven capability to operate as a self-directed operator.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing a vertical, industry-specific SaaS product (e.g., agriculture, food & beverage, logistics).
- Strategic awareness of food safety, logistics compliance, or traceability standards.
- Hands-on familiarity with programmatic trade-media buying and interactive direct-response demo software.
