Position Type: Full-time Location: Remote from Latin America Salary: $1,500 -- $2,000 USD/month (Based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, US Business Hours.

The Role
Our Client is seeking a sophisticated Executive Assistant to the CFO to provide high-level administrative support and serve as a strategic gatekeeper. This role goes beyond basic scheduling; the successful candidate will manage complex priorities, handle sensitive correspondence, and coordinate cross-functional projects. This individual must be a proactive communicator who can anticipate the CFO's needs, maintain strict confidentiality, and ensure that the executive's focus remains on high-level business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Provides executive-level administrative support, including proactive calendar management and the coordination of complex meeting schedules.
- Manages the CFO's email and correspondence, drafting professional responses and handling communications independently when appropriate.
- Anticipates administrative needs and provides day-to-day operational support to improve executive focus and overall efficiency.
Meeting Coordination & Documentation
- Prepares comprehensive meeting agendas, briefing materials, and supporting documents to ensure well-structured executive discussions.
- Captures, summarizes, and distributes meeting minutes, ensuring clear documentation of decisions, action items, and necessary follow-ups.
- Drafts, organizes, and maintains executive-level reports and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Project Liaison & Accountability
- Serves as a key liaison between the CFO and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and the timely flow of information across stakeholders.
- Supports cross-functional project coordination by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Monitors and manages action items across multiple projects, ensuring accountability and timely completion from all involved parties.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience supporting C-Suite executives or working within a high-volume corporate team environment.
- Technical Mastery: Proficient-level experience with Microsoft Apps, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Language: Proficiency in English (verbal and written) that is close to native/fluent level.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, and a high level of professional resilience.
- Compliance: Must be willing to undergo a background check and provide two professional references.
- Assessment: Candidates will be required to complete a typing test to verify efficiency and accuracy.
