Remote Marketing Manager (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 -- $3,000 USD/month Schedule: Flexible Monday - Friday (Remote-first environment)

The Role

Our Client is seeking a high-autonomy Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist to own the strategy across paid channels while leading the creative partnerships that fuel growth. This role is a strategic split between technical optimization—analyzing data, scaling winning ads, and managing budgets—and creative strategy—briefing creators and building content pipelines. The successful candidate will work with minimal oversight to drive measurable results and refine the brand's messaging for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Campaign Management

  • Directly manages Meta advertising campaigns, identifying specific opportunities for rigorous testing and aggressive scaling.
  • Oversees relationships with external digital partners (Google, Amazon, etc.) to ensure cross-platform alignment with the overall growth strategy.
  • Monitors performance data daily to "scale winners and kill losers," ensuring maximum efficiency of ad spend.
  • Stays current with platform updates and emerging industry trends to keep the brand competitive in a fast-moving D2C market.

Creative Strategy & Content Pipelines

  • Drives creative strategy across both paid and organic channels, collaborating with content creators, video editors, and designers to develop high-performing assets.
  • Builds and maintains robust creator partnerships to ensure a consistent flow of fresh, on-brand content.
  • Translates complex performance data into clear, actionable creative briefs that guide the production of future advertisements.

Lifecycle Marketing & Retention

  • Builds and optimizes automated email flows and manual campaigns to move users through the funnel from consideration to purchase.
  • Refines brand messaging across various touchpoints to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required

  • Experience: 3+ years of direct experience managing Meta ads specifically for a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Creative Collaboration: Proven ability to brief and work collaboratively with creative teams to produce high-performing video and static assets.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret performance data and clearly articulate the narrative behind trends to leadership.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive projects forward independently in a remote setting.
