Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,600 -- $2,500 USD/month Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM -- 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Our Client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in the US home improvement industry, specifically focusing on luxury outdoor living product lines. With a nimble, global team of 13 professionals across North America, LATAM, and the Philippines, they have spent nearly a decade delivering industry-leading lead costs and results. Our Client prides themselves on a collaborative remote culture and a deep expertise in high-performance lead generation for a niche, high-value market.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a Meta Ads Media Buying Specialist to serve as the technical architect of their advertising campaigns. This role is dedicated to the expert management and optimization of Meta ad accounts with monthly spends ranging from $3,000 to $150,000 USD. The successful candidate will "live" in the Meta Business Manager, managing multiple local market accounts across the United States. This is a role for a data-obsessed professional who stays ahead of algorithm shifts and thrives on testing new strategies to maintain the lowest possible lead costs in a challenging and evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Executes new client campaign builds and manages the end-to-end lifecycle of Meta ad accounts.
- Manages various campaign types including prospecting, retargeting, and sandbox testing.
- Continually optimizes assigned accounts through rigorous data analysis and testing of campaign structures, audiences, and creative assets.
- Monitors account KPIs daily to ensure performance goals and lead cost targets are consistently met.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Maintains and updates client tracking sheets and internal reporting spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Builds custom reports to streamline ad account management and provide actionable insights.
- Leverages synergies between accounts (one of three core product lines) to apply winning strategies across the client portfolio.
Strategic Innovation
- Stays current on the latest Meta strategies and algorithm shifts (including Andromeda) to improve account efficiency.
- Collaborates with the Operations Manager to implement and test new experimental ideas and strategies.
- Focuses exclusively on media buying and account performance (creative and copywriting assets are provided by a separate internal team).
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of full-time experience running Meta ads campaigns, specifically in a lead-generation context.
- Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of the Meta Ads platform and a strong portfolio showcasing stable cost-per-lead and solid ROI.
- Analytical Mindset: A self-starter who is obsessed with data, numbers, and finding innovative ways to improve efficiency.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with websites, automation tools, and landing page software is considered a significant strength.
- Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills; a strong team player who is flexible and self-motivated.
- Work Style: Ability to thrive in a repetitive yet challenging environment, maintaining a pulse on the ever-changing social ads landscape.
