Remote Revenue Manager (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000 USD/month Schedule: Monday through Friday, business hours Central Time (40+hrs per week as needed to ensure tasks are completed).

Our Client is a pair of fast-growing vacation rental property management companies operating across high-demand markets in Puerto Vallarta/Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, and Big Bear, California. Managing a combined portfolio of over 650 units, they are owner-obsessed and data-driven. Their mission is to build a best-in-class team that scales international and domestic portfolios through strategic, institutional-grade operations and elite revenue optimization.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a high-output, senior-level Revenue Manager to own the full pricing strategy across their combined 650+ unit portfolio. This is a high-ownership role that requires a strategic operator capable of thinking months ahead and building scalable systems. The successful candidate will be 100% dedicated to revenue optimization, working in lockstep with the OTA Manager to ensure channel execution and pricing are perfectly aligned. This position demands a true individual contributor who can provide data-backed visibility to leadership and maintain high levels of trust with property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamic Pricing & Rate Management
- Owns daily rate management across both markets, including base price calibration, seasonality curves, and occupancy-based triggers.
- Build and manage custom competitive sets (comp sets) and leverage real-time market dashboards for competitive intelligence.
- Monitors booking pace, ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy KPIs at both the portfolio and individual listing levels.
OTA Channel & Market Strategy
- Defines and executes channel strategies across Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking sites to maximize visibility and revenue per available night.
- Optimizes listing search rankings by understanding the intersection of pricing decisions and OTA algorithm behavior.
- Manages minimum stay rules, gap night optimization, and booking window strategies tailored to specific seasonal market shifts.
Owner Reporting & Communication
- Produces clear, insight-driven performance reports for property owners on a regular cadence.
- Communicates pricing rationale and market context in plain language to build and maintain owner trust.
- Supports ownership retention by consistently demonstrating data-backed revenue growth.
Process & Project Building
- Builds and maintains scalable pricing playbooks and SOPs for international and domestic markets.
- Manages all revenue-related workflows and cross-team tasks within Monday.com to ensure operational transparency.
- Collaborates with the OTA Manager to synchronize pricing across all active distribution channels.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on revenue management experience specifically within the Short-Term Rental (STR) industry (Hotel or Residential experience is not a substitute).
- PriceLabs Mastery: Non-negotiable, deep expertise in configuring base pricing, custom comp sets, and portfolio analytics across 100+ listings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Streamline PMS, Monday.com, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data synthesis.
- STR Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Airbnb and VRBO algorithms, RevPAR, ADR, and booking window trends.
- Communication: Strong English fluency; able to explain complex revenue strategies to CEOs and nervous property owners alike.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-market portfolios across international borders (specifically the Mexican and U.S. markets).
- Familiarity with market data tools like AirDNA or Key Data.
- Proven track record of improving RevPAR and occupancy in high-competition vacation rental markets.
What Success Looks Like
- Strategic Framework: Within the first 90 days, the manager will have implemented a full revenue management framework that moves beyond basic tool execution to proactive demand forecasting.
- Portfolio Health: Demonstrable progress in ranking improvements and ADR growth across at least 100 simultaneous listings using automation.
- Operational Excellence: All revenue-related SOPs are documented and integrated into Monday.com, ensuring a self-directed and highly accountable workflow.
