Job Overview

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,500 - 3,500 USD/month depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time but flexible

Our client is a growing organization focused on expanding market presence, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. They are seeking a highly driven Sales Director to lead and scale a small but growing sales team while helping shape the future direction of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys balancing strategy with execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading revenue growth initiatives, managing sales performance, developing strategic partnerships, and optimizing sales processes across assigned markets and channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive revenue growth across assigned markets and sales channels
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on exceeding targets
  • Identify, prioritize, and close high-value sales opportunities
  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships that contribute directly to business growth
  • Establish ambitious sales goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks for the team
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance, execution, and results
  • Develop and optimize scalable sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove operational obstacles and accelerate execution
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Travel regularly to support field sales efforts, strengthen partnerships, onboard partners, and drive expansion initiatives in key markets

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and consistently achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly (approximately 7-10 days per month)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building, scaling, or restructuring sales teams
  • Experience creating and optimizing sales processes and performance systems
  • Familiarity with partnership development and channel growth strategies
  • Industry-specific experience is helpful but not required
