The Role
Our Client is seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to spearhead their market expansion. This role is responsible for the entire lifecycle of dealer partnerships---from initial cold prospecting and rigorous competitive analysis to onboarding, retention, and long-term account stimulation. The successful candidate will act as a key architect of the company's growth, blending high-level negotiation skills with the ability to manage and segment complex datasets to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
- Identifies and vets potential dealers daily to ensure a continuous pipeline of high-value partnerships.
- Formulates and delivers compelling product proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective B2B clients.
- Conducts rigorous competitive intelligence, analyzing rival firms' terms and conditions to effectively position the company's value proposition.
Database Management & Lead Processing
- Executes bi-weekly processing of raw or "scraped" leads, ensuring data integrity and systematic outreach.
- Maintains the CRM and Dealer Database with precision, categorizing partners based on volume, potential, and strategic fit.
- Continuously harvests data to refine the dealer database and improve targeting accuracy.
Account Activation & Retention
- Facilitates the activation of new accounts by providing expert-level product knowledge and operational support.
- Drives repeat purchase velocity during the critical initial months of a partnership through targeted incentives and proactive management.
- Spearheads "Win-Back" campaigns by re-establishing communication with dormant or lost dealers and negotiating bespoke recovery packages.
Reporting & KPIs
- Provides daily high-level reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Dealer Development.
- Market Acumen: Ability to dissect competitor pricing and contractual structures to identify market advantages.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in processing large datasets and segmenting leads into actionable business categories.
- Communication: Excellence in professional negotiation and B2B relationship building; must be fluent/close to fluent in English.
- Technical Savvy: Experience with CRM software and data management tools is highly preferred.
- Attributes: A resilient, proactive "hunter" mentality with the ability to turn cold leads into active revenue streams.
