Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000 -- $2,800 USD/month (Depending on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, Compatible with Central European Time (CET)
Our Client specializes in industrializing B2C sales departments by combining specialized consultancy with proprietary technology. Founded by the creators of a high-growth tech startup that achieved a $30M exit, they transform traditional commercial teams into predictable, measurable, and scalable production lines. Their system is currently utilized by over 600 sales professionals across Spain, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. They are a fast-growing organization with a proven product and a consistent month-over-month growth rate of over 15%.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a Senior Performance Media Buyer to operate and optimize their paid media systems with absolute rigor. This is not a role for distant campaign management; it is for a hands-on "builder" who can generate MQLs and commercial meetings predictably. The primary focus is not just on impressions or CTR, but on driving real commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will be expected to improve existing systems incrementally while maintaining a disciplined, data-driven approach to lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Directly manages and optimizes high-volume campaigns primarily on Meta Ads, with secondary management of Google Ads.
- Drives a high volume of creative testing, ensuring creative assets are refreshed every 3--4 days to maintain performance.
- Proposes and executes A/B tests based on business logic, ensuring all experiments are documented rather than driven by intuition.
Technical Integration & Tracking
- Integrates all campaign data with HubSpot, ensuring every lead is correctly tagged and every data point (UTMs, source, campaign, creative) is traceable.
- Monitors and reports on core business metrics, including CPL, Cost per MQL, CAC, and Payback periods.
- Maintains a clear scorecard to measure success and provides weekly reports to the CMO regarding performance, tested hypotheses, and upcoming actions.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Collaborates with the creative team to co-create messaging angles and hooks that resonate with target audiences.
- Utilizes AI tools (such as Claude and specialized AI agents) as a core part of the daily workflow to improve efficiency and output.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, specifically focused on B2B lead generation or high-ticket consultative/telephonic sales.
- Budget Management: Proven track record of managing monthly budgets exceeding €30,000 (evidence will be requested during the interview).
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in HubSpot, UTM parameters, and advanced tracking methodologies.
- Execution Style: A senior-level "executor" who is autonomous, disciplined, and understands how to optimize an existing system before attempting to reinvent it.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required for regional market coordination.
