Remote Senior Solutions Engineer (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $4,500 USD/month Schedule: Flexible Monday - Friday

The Role
Our Client is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead onboarding and technical enablement for new clients while ensuring ongoing success for existing partners. This is a high-level, client-facing, and deeply technical role at the intersection of Customer Success, Growth Marketing, and MarTech Engineering. The successful candidate will manage the entire onboarding lifecycle—from kickoff through implementation QA—guiding Shopify brands through advanced tracking configurations for paid media and lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Project Management
- Owns the end-to-end onboarding process from kickoff to go-live, driving execution across multiple teams.
- Develops bespoke project and tracking plans tailored to each client's unique tech stack.
- Serves as the primary technical point of contact during the enablement phase and provides long-term strategic customer success support.
Implementation QA & Technical Support
- Audits and validates event tracking for GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Ads, TikTok, and The Trade Desk.
- Guides the implementation of MarTech pixels and server-side integrations, including Klaviyo, Postscript, and Attentive.
- Manages User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verifying payload structures and event integrity.
- Debugs and validates tracking on both traditional Shopify (Liquid) and React-based frontends (e.g., Shopify Hydrogen).
Strategic Enablement & Documentation
- Delivers strategic guidance on first-party data collection, attribution, and marketing activation.
- Provides first-line technical support to help clients scale their data infrastructure with confidence.
- Builds technical documentation and assists in the training of agentic support tools to improve self-service capabilities.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required
- Experience: 5+ years in technical customer success, marketing implementation, or analytics consulting roles.
- Shopify Expertise: Deep knowledge of Shopify, including Custom Pixels, Checkout tracking, and Liquid-based themes.
- CDP Mastery: Strong experience with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Segment, RudderStack, or equivalent).
- Analytics Stack: Hands-on knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Ads, and Tag Managers (GTM).
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort using Browser DevTools to inspect network requests and validate event payloads.
- Communication: Strong client-facing communication and professional project management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Shopify Hydrogen or other React-based eCommerce frontends.
- Familiarity with BigCommerce or other headless/enterprise eCommerce platforms.
- Previous experience at a CDP, analytics firm, or Shopify-focused MarTech company.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript for front-end debugging.
