- Salary: $1,500 – $3,000 USD/month (plus commission)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Operating primarily in a B2B model, they partner with elite travel advisors and their high-net-worth clients to unlock maximum value from loyalty currencies and premium cabin award spaces.
Job Overview
Our Client is seeking a Travel Points Specialist who is fundamentally obsessed with the points and miles ecosystem. This is a position designed for a specialist who thinks natively in transfer ratios, knows award availability windows cold, and loves maximizing loyalty portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Award Execution & Portfolio Strategy
- Identifies, optimizes, and executes high-value award bookings by leveraging bank-to-airline and bank-to-hotel transfer partners.
- Advises clients on the most efficient and mathematically sound deployment of major US transferable points currencies.
- Monitors seasonal availability windows, routing anomalies, transfer bonuses, new card launches, and program devaluations.
Complex Ticket Construction & GDS Management
- Handles complex, multi-segment award bookings that require manual navigation around phantom availability, married segments, and open-jaws.
- Utilizes major GDS platforms to issue, price, and manage ticketing files with absolute precision.
- Maintains a rigorous, up-to-date knowledge base regarding alliance routing rules, codeshare partnerships, and partner award inventory engines.
Client Advisement & Communications
- Translates complex loyalty structures and multi-alliance redemption strategies into plain, accessible language for premium clients and travel advisors.
- Maintains high accuracy across all ticketing configurations, ensuring zero errors during reservation fulfillment.
- Operates autonomously within a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- Points & Miles Expertise: Deep, verifiable working knowledge of US transferable currencies (Chase Ultimate Rewards, Amex Membership Rewards, Citi ThankYou, and Capital One) alongside their core airline and hotel transfer matrices.
- GDS Proficiency: Hands-on experience using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Apollo) to build and price itineraries manually without front-end assistance.
- Alliance Mechanics: Comprehensive understanding of airline alliances (Star Alliance, oneworld, SkyTeam), routing conditions, and redemption engines.
- Language: Fluent written and spoken English, paired with strong communication skills tailored to high-value stakeholders.
- Execution: High capacity for independent, remote work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Client-facing experience in a premium luxury concierge, concierge banking, or specialized travel advisory setting.
- Deep familiarity with structural fare concepts such as stopovers, open-jaws, multi-city routing, or mixed-cabin splits.
- Active, voluntary engagement within the global points and miles community.
