You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to improve activation, conversion, and overall Pro program performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Pro Planning & Performance Tracking

  • Build and maintain Pro signup and activation goals, QTD pacing, and weekly business reporting.
  • Develop "what's working / what's not working" analyses across acquisition and engagement channels.
  • Own recurring reporting and performance insights to support leadership decision-making.

Funnel & Metrics Development

  • Partner with Data Science and cross-functional teams to define the Pro funnel end-to-end.
  • Establish and maintain key KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks.
  • Identify gaps in reporting coverage and proactively build scalable analytics solutions.

Strategic & Ad-Hoc Analysis

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into activation trends, conversion performance, and channel mix shifts.
  • Diagnose performance issues and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver insights that influence growth strategy and operational decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar analytical roles.
  • Strong experience with SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of funnel analysis, KPI tracking, and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and present clear business insights.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Data Science.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Python is a plus.

Preferred Background

  • Experience supporting growth, subscription, marketplace, or customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Ability to work East Coast hours preferred, though all U.S. locations will be considered.
