Job description

Market Research Operations Professional

Location: 100% Remote (EST or CST Preferred)

Our Client is looking for a Market Research Professional to join a high-impact Enterprise Insights & Market Research team supporting large-scale healthcare initiatives across Medicaid, CMS, and enterprise operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending market research, operations, compliance, and stakeholder management in a fast-moving, highly visible environment. The team is focused on improving healthcare experiences through research-driven insights, smarter operational processes, and strong vendor partnerships.

If you have experience managing research projects in regulated industries --- especially healthcare, insurance, or CMS-related environments --- this could be a strong fit.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support Medicaid and CMS mandated research initiatives
  • Manage research operations and help improve internal workflows and processes
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure research standards are met
  • Partner with internal research teams and business stakeholders across multiple projects
  • Manage relationships with external research vendors, including contracts, reporting, and evaluations
  • Maintain project tracking tools, reporting documentation, and SharePoint resources
  • Help deliver timely, actionable insights that support enterprise business decisions
  • Assist with larger market research initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed

What They're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex market research projects from planning through execution
  • Experience working with research vendors and handling vendor coordination or contract management
  • Background navigating legal, compliance, or regulatory requirements within research environments
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CAHPS or CMS mandated research
  • Healthcare, health insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare industry experience
  • Exposure to both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Experience working with diverse or underserved populations

This role offers strong visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to work on meaningful healthcare initiatives that directly impact customer and patient experiences.
