Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Builder (AXP) to play a hands‐on role in translating strategy into real‐time, personalized customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role is fully remote within the United States and focuses on building, launching, and optimizing Next Best Action (NBA) journeys that deliver measurable business impact and exceptional member experiences.
You will lead journeys end‐to‐end—from ideation and configuration through launch, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization—working closely with analytics, lifecycle marketing, data science, and channel partners.
Responsibilities
- Configure, test, deploy, and iterate personalized journeys and campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer aligned to NBA strategy and business requirements
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to build, refine, and validate audience segments in Adobe Experience Platform using real‐time behavioral signals and profile attributes
- Partner with lifecycle marketers, data scientists, and channel leads to activate journey logic and improve targeting effectiveness
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance across journey components, including events, wait steps, personalization rules, and cross‐channel triggers
- Monitor journey performance, identify execution issues, and partner with analytics to refine logic and improve outcomes
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for AJO and AEP capabilities and support team upskilling efforts
- Contribute to platform governance, best practices, and continuous improvement in journey orchestration and marketing operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field OR 3–5 years of experience working within a marketing campaign delivery team
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign execution
- 2+ years of hands‐on experience configuring journeys or campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, decision orchestration, and personalization
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Comfortable working in agile, pod‐based, or cross‐functional environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe certifications in AEP or AJO
- Familiarity with Adobe Real‐Time CDP, XDM schemas, or event tagging
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services
- Exposure to JSON, event payloads, or API‐driven personalization
- Experience with responsive email design and accessibility standards
- Understanding of Next Best Action (NBA) personalization frameworks
