A/R Manager

What You'll Do:

Own aging accounts to drive collections, resolve denials at the root, and identify payer trends impacting revenue. Partner with billing, coding, and leadership to improve outcomes, while using Excel and reporting to track performance. You'll also support and help develop a small team and contribute to ongoing workflow improvements.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hospital or physician A/R experience
• Strong background in follow-up and denial resolution
• Experience with Medicare, Commercial, and Managed Care plans
• Required: Meditech + Quadax
• Advanced Excel skills
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability
• Leadership readiness
