Job Overview
We are a growing home care agency seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to help expand our local presence, increase community engagement, and support client outreach efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, social media savvy, and excited to help grow a meaningful home care-based business that serves families in the community.

Responsibilities
- Managing and scheduling social media content
- Assisting with client campaigns
- Supporting local outreach and community engagement
- Updating Google Business and online platforms
- Assisting with basic lead generation and follow-up
- Brainstorming creative marketing ideas and promotions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop), WordPress, HTML/CSS basics, JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for B2B or B2C audiences.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and content management systems to streamline campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data using SQL or other analytics tools to optimize performance marketing efforts effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in health / home care is a PLUS but not required
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
