Job Description

HOME TOWN WATER FILTRATION INC. is looking for a friendly, dependable person to help introduce our company to homeowners and businesses who may benefit from cleaner, safer water.

This position involves making outbound calls, introducing HOME TOWN WATER, explaining our water filtration solutions, and offering complimentary water testing appointments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with people, building trust quickly, and representing our company in a warm, professional manner.

A warm Southern or country-style communication approach is preferred. We are looking for someone who sounds genuine, friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to.

Responsibilities

• Call homeowners and businesses to introduce HOME TOWN WATER FILTRATION
• Offer complimentary water testing appointments
• Explain the basic benefits of water filtration and water treatment solutions
• Schedule appointments for water tests or consultations
• Maintain accurate notes on calls, leads, and appointments
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and Southern hospitality

Ideal Candidate

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone
• Warm Southern or country-style communication skills preferred
• Strong listening skills
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Professional, courteous, and respectful
• Able to handle rejection with a positive attitude
• Sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center experience is a plus
• Knowledge of water filtration is helpful but not required; training can be provided
