About the Role
Join one of the leading and fastest-growing private interpreting companies in the United States! We are seeking a motivated, result-oriented, work-from-home Marketing Analyst for our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Brand awareness, positioning, style & mascot.
- Competitor and market research and analysis, competitor profiles.
- Advertising opportunities.
- Creation of marketing campaigns, including business campaigns.
- Develop Annual & Quarterly Marketing Plans.
- Prepare monthly reports with MKT KPIs.
- Manage all types of communication:
- External: with current clients, promotional campaigns for potential customers, community relations, press releases.
- Internal: with the team, freelancers, interpreters & translators.
- Generate content ideas for posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create post copy, select relevant hashtags, supervise comments and messages, and control analytics.
- Research new social media platforms (Gab, Rumble, Parler).
- Create blog articles:
- Identify topics and write articles adhering to SEO requirements.
- Gather information online, conduct employee interviews, and collect diverse data from the team via questionnaires or personal communication.
- Create accompanying images or infographics.
- Publish articles on the website.
- Share blog content on social media with exclusive text, links, and images.
- Update website pages with new text, pictures, and infographics, ensuring SEO compliance.
- Develop and implement SEO Strategies and an Ongoing Action Plan.
- Create Landing Pages for Services Overview.
Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor's or Associate's/comparable degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in the interpretation and translation industry is a plus.
