Job Description

As a Director, Talent Engagement here at Honeywell, you will lead the development and execution of innovative talent engagement strategies that foster a high-performance culture and drive employee retention and satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring alignment with Honeywell's business objectives.

You will report directly to our senior leadership and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell's ability to attract, engage, and retain top talent by creating and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement, promote inclusion and belonging, and support organizational growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent engagement strategies and programs to enhance employee experience and retention.
  • Partner with business leaders and global talent teams to identify engagement needs and design initiatives that support an inclusive culture.
  • Lead efforts to assess employee engagement and use insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

You Must Have

  • 8+ years of employee engagement, talent management, or related human resources functions experience.
  • Extensive experience in talent engagement or related human resources functions with a proven ability to design and implement effective engagement programs.
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement measurement tools and techniques, and the ability to analyze data to inform strategy.
  • Expertise in inclusion, belonging and well-being initiatives and their integration into talent engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management software to support engagement activities and reporting.
