Finance Manager
Honeywell is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage P&L reporting, analysis, forecasting, and planning for BA Americas.
- Oversee the Weekly Pulse / Short Range Outlook (SRO) process.
- Provide Daily Close updates during the month-end closing cycle.
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews.
- Participate in Annual and Strategic Planning cycles.
- Collaborate with GBE finance teams, BA finance, ISC finance, Controllership, and Americas finance leadership.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor less-experienced finance professionals.

You Must Have
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial consolidation tools.
