Job Description
As a QA Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop test plans, write automation, execute tests, and support product releases.
You will report directly to our QA Manager, and you'll work out of our Salem, location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the delivery of high-quality, compliant products that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements, contributing to Honeywell's reputation for excellence in building automation solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automation tests using playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, and Cypress.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Write and execute manual, regression, performance, and load tests.
- Experience with AI tools like Copilot and playwright AI integration.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics or related field experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA engineering or related testing roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile QA methodologies, test automation tools, and quality standards applicable to building automation systems.
- Strong knowledge with test management software, scripting languages for automated testing, and data analysis tools.
WE VALUE
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Experience in building automation frameworks and CI/CD.
- Experience with AI tools like copilot.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $85,600 - $106,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
