As a Lead Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful fulfillment of all requests regarding order processing and purchasing activities within the department and adherence to standard procedures and checks in daily activity to provide excellent customer experience.

You will report directly to our Program Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Honolulu, Hawaii location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction by proactively engaging in appointment creation, data entry, standards and processes, and ensuring timely accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all work orders, and projects in Honeywell systems, and maintaining accurate customer accounts and materials in the customer database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive engagement in work order and process transitions within the department.
  • Successful, timely accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all work orders, processes, and CSR projects in the Honeywell systems.
  • Responsible for updating customer accounts: data entry in the customer database for customer appointment creation, interactions, or amendments.
  • Follow-up on open work order reconciliation, corrections, and accurately closing all work orders on a timely basis.
  • Lead and support the Customer Service Representative (CSR) Team and establish clear directives and expectations for the team.
  • Create and manage CSR standards and processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement and train as needed.

Qualifications

You Must Have

  • 5 years' experience in a Customer Services or related field
  • Experience working in a multi-discipline team/multinational environment
  • Experience in reviewing and redesigning of processes
  • Good understanding and operational experience to drive a One-Honeywell approach

The annual base salary range for this position is $52,400-65,300. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
