Sr. Customer Marketing Manager, Americas
Honeywell Building Automation is seeking a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager for its Fire Global Business Enterprise in the Americas region. This role is based in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work schedule.
This position is critical for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will directly impact business success by creating and implementing marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and grow share with existing ones, collaborating closely with sales, product management, and customer service teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the FIRE business in the Americas region to meet marketing-generated pipeline, revenue, and growth targets.
- Gain a deep understanding of industry stakeholder personas, their needs, and buying behaviors. Develop and execute demand generation campaigns targeting specific personas such as consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Lead new product launches, including developing thought leadership content and assets to drive customer awareness and usage. Lead participation in industry events, trade shows, and Honeywell-hosted events to foster customer engagement.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Understand and manage customer segmentation for the FIRE business and brands, developing personalized marketing communications.
- Collaborate with offering management, sales, and central shared services teams to deliver marketing programs.
- Manage and allocate budget across multiple programs, evaluating for maximum impact and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing to continuously deliver highly differentiated marketing initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- 3 years of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas.
- Extensive experience with marketing technology stacks and CRM tools.
- Deep understanding of the lead-to-revenue workflow and the ability to demonstrate how marketing functions drive business growth and impact.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets.
- Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed B2B organization.
