About the Opportunity
We're expanding our virtual team and are looking for detail-oriented, service-driven individuals to join us as Concierge Support Specialist. You'll act as a reliable support resource---keeping plans organized, providing timely communication, and helping clients feel confident throughout the process. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Engage with clients to gather trip details, preferences, and scheduling needs
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Monitor planning progress and provide updates on confirmations and next steps
- Review available options and present relevant information clearly
- Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, and online messaging systems
- Support itinerary updates, changes, and service-related requests
- Maintain organized and accurate records within internal platforms
