Position Overview

We're currently expanding our remote client experience team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Travel Client Success Specialist. In this role, you'll support travelers throughout their planning journey by helping organize trip details, sharing helpful updates, and ensuring each stage of the preparation process stays clear and on track.

This opportunity is a great match for people who enjoy working with clients, managing coordination tasks, and contributing to smooth and positive travel experiences while working independently from home. Training resources and guided onboarding are included from the start---no prior travel background is required.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate with clients to learn about travel goals, timelines, and preferred destinations
  • Assist with coordinating key trip components such as lodging, transportation arrangements, and activities
  • Help monitor reservation progress and provide planning status updates
  • Review available destination services through approved partner platforms
  • Respond to client questions across email, phone, and secure messaging systems
  • Support itinerary revisions and service requests when adjustments are needed
  • Keep coordination records accurate and organized within internal tools
  • Participate in virtual onboarding sessions and skill-building workshops
