Role Description
This is a full-time remote role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing new business deals.
Core tasks include:
- Managing the sales pipeline
- Developing strategic sales plans
- Conducting client presentations
- Negotiating contracts
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success
The role involves proactively engaging with prospects, staying updated on industry trends, and positioning Horago's solutions to meet customer needs.
Compensation
The role is purely commission-based. Commission per deal closed will vary from $500 (single outlet venue) to $5000 (small/medium groups).
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales technologies
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and technology solutions like POS systems is highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive mindset, results-driven, and commitment to customer satisfaction
