Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for healthcare roles, including LPCC, LADC, LICSW, Counselors and administrative staff.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), social media management tools, and HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, or iCIMS.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management solutions.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and facilitate onboarding processes, including employee orientation and contract signing.
  • Utilize cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies to identify passive candidates through research and outreach.
  • Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations while ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or healthcare staffing with a strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft; experience with HRIS systems like SAP or ADP is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment law, contracts, employee relations, and employee evaluation processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience in social media management for talent acquisition purposes; proficiency in tools like Salesforce or Kronos is advantageous.
