Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and implementation of enterprise CAD/CAM and Product Lifecycle Management solutions for CATIA/Enovia/V5 Windows.
  • Support best practices, governance models, and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and manufacturing teams to gather requirements and define solution architecture.
  • Manage end-to-end PLM transformation initiatives, including design collaboration, product lifecycle management, manufacturing process planning, and digital continuity.
  • Monitor project schedules, risk, quality metrics, and delivery milestones.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering and support teams.
  • Lead flawless execution of the Dassault V5 Suite project.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives. Develop and manage detailed project plans to monitor and track progress by working with Product Owners for work intake and assigning requirements.
  • Proactively measure project performance, assess risk management to minimize issues, and provide consistent project updates to stakeholders.
  • Utilize Agile Workflow and Azure DevOps Boards (ADO) to manage project backlog.
  • Coordinate testing environments, activities, and resources (Planning, Integration Cycle Coordination, Open Up Testing, and Exit Testing) for all releases through Agile Methodologies.
  • Lead RIPT, BP, Daily Release Management, Stabilization, and Automation Planning.
  • Manage technical documentation (p370, 140s, SharePoint), VDIs, New Technical Reviews, and Tech Insertions.
  • Utilize Software Express and Workspace One to manage workgroups.
  • Perform repository merges, setup new branches, configure CAXi tools (caxvars, collectionvars), manage Dropbox, modify Wix jobs, and update packages for Dassault versions.
  • Build the Core Dassault code (V5/ALL), send CATOverlays, build individual Dassault Packages (RADE, SPK, HFX), and update components (CATSetting, CATEnv).
  • Verify CARS, Software Express, and Partner content while coordinating with the AIX Server side team.
  • Assist in building and extracting Internal IT collections, build command line checkout boxes, and unit test all Partner IT collections.
  • Build content for Production releases, manage production collections and configurations, and work with Jenkins, WIX, and Artifactory.
  • Provide Tier 3 end-user support and coordinate with cross-functional teams (CAD/CAM, IT, Project Managers, Server side, Deem, IPDM, BDS).
  • Maintain AD Groups, manage document load instructions, rebuild IT environments, and perform troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of proven project management and leadership experience.
  • Scrum experience and experience working in an agile environment.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong familiarity with ADO and Microsoft Project, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams to successful completion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills to lead executive meetings.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
