Our client is a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS platform enterprise (100--250 employees) modernizing digital workspace tools and enterprise cloud productivity solutions. We are seeking an ambitious, highly creative UI/UX Designer to fuel their digital product design efforts. This entry-level role is an aggressive career launchpad, focusing on user interface prototyping, design system scaling, and cross-functional feature discovery.

Responsibilities
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Build responsive layouts, intuitive user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to effectively validate user journeys and feature functionality.
- Design System Stewardship: Maintain, scale, and document reusable UI asset libraries, components, and design tokens within Figma to ensure platform-wide visual consistency.
- User Research & Discovery: Support the qualitative research process by building test-ready prototypes, analyzing usability data, and translating behavioral insights into design iterations.
- Engineering Alignment: Partner closely with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers to deliver precise design specifications and perform post-implementation visual QA.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or an equivalent UI/UX bootcamp certification.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional digital design internship, freelance projects, or a comprehensive product portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking.
- Technical Tooling: High proficiency with Figma (including auto-layout, component architecture, and variables) paired with a fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS responsive constraints.
- Mindset: Highly receptive to constructive creative critique, deeply detail-oriented, and possessing an empathetic approach to solving user friction.
