The Role
We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to take full ownership of a product area end-to-end. This is a highly hands-on, builder-focused role - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape products from the ground up.
You'll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to define, build, and iterate on high-impact products.
What You'll Do
- Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, roadmap, delivery, and iteration
- Engage directly with customers to identify pain points and opportunities
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and technical direction
- Prototype and validate ideas using AI-driven tools
- Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions quickly
- Define success metrics and iterate based on outcomes
- Collaborate with commercial teams to support product positioning and customer adoption
What We're Looking For
- 5--10 years of experience in Product Management or closely related roles
- Proven experience building and launching 0→1 products in a startup or growth-stage environment
- Strong technical fluency - comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing architecture
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
Nice to have:
- Founder or early-stage startup experience
- Experience working with AI/LLM-based products
- Background in fintech or complex workflow-driven systems
