As Director, Executive Visibility and Reputation, you will lead the strategy and execution of a comprehensive visibility program for CenterWell executive leadership. This role is responsible for strengthening the external presence of key leaders and building differentiated trust, credibility, and confidence in CenterWell among priority audiences.
You will serve as a member of the Corporate Communications leadership team and work collaboratively across functions to develop and deliver integrated communications strategies that elevate CenterWell's reputation, amplify its market leadership, and align with enterprise priorities. You will also act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping how they show up in key external and internal moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead a comprehensive executive visibility strategy aligned to CenterWell's business priorities, growth strategy, and brand positioning.
- Shape and evolve the CenterWell executive narrative, ensuring a clear, consistent, and differentiated voice across all channels and engagements.
- Identify and activate high-impact opportunities to position executives as thought leaders in healthcare and senior-focused care.
- Lead the creation of compelling, executive-level content including speeches, talking points, LinkedIn content, op-eds, bylines, and presentations.
- Translate complex business strategies and healthcare topics into clear, relevant, and engaging storytelling.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of proactive thought leadership tied to industry trends, innovation, and CenterWell's unique capabilities.
- Curate a diverse mix of content formats (e.g., video, text, articles, presentations) tailored to target audiences and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, HR, Government Affairs, and business leaders to ensure alignment and consistency across communications.
- Integrate executive visibility into enterprise campaigns, announcements, and key milestones to maximize impact.
- Leverage data, insights, and analytics to inform strategy, measure effectiveness, and continuously optimize approaches.
- Establish and track KPIs tied to reach, engagement, sentiment, and reputational impact.
- Regularly report on performance and provide actionable recommendations to enhance outcomes.
- Manage external agency partners and internal resources to deliver high-quality, timely outputs.
- Foster strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and business partners, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- 10+ years of communications experience, with a proven ability to design and deliver strategies that drive results across external audiences.
- Deep expertise in developing and driving social media strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a large matrixed or healthcare organization.
- Experience and comfortability using AI tools.
Additional Information
- Location: This role is fully remote.
- Travel: Domestic travel up to 10% may be required for training or meetings.
- Reporting: You will report to an Associate Vice President of Corporate Communications.
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40.
Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$168,000 - $231,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
