Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced iSolved HCM Implementation Specialist to lead full-cycle implementations for clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is 100% remote, but preference is given to candidates based in the DFW market. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise in iSolved, thrives in a client-facing environment, and can manage multiple implementations from kickoff through go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of iSolved HCM solutions including payroll, benefits, HR, and time & attendance.
- Partner with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, and align workflows to business needs.
- Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
- Configure and test system components including earnings, deductions, accruals, and integrations.
- Conduct client training sessions and provide post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, support, and project management to ensure successful delivery.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions during implementation and stabilization phases.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll setup and compliance with federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on iSolved HCM implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax setup, benefits administration, and timekeeping systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
- Experience conducting client discovery sessions and translating requirements into system configurations.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work remotely while supporting clients in the DFW region.
Preferred
- CPP or FPC certification.
- Experience with data migration, system integrations, or API connections.
- Background in a PEO, HCM provider, or payroll services environment.
Additional Details
- Location: Remote, but must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
- Travel: Occasional client visits as needed.
- Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Compensation: $75K - $95K base.
