Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced iSolved HCM Implementation Specialist to lead full-cycle implementations for clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is 100% remote, but preference is given to candidates based in the DFW market. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise in iSolved, thrives in a client-facing environment, and can manage multiple implementations from kickoff through go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of iSolved HCM solutions including payroll, benefits, HR, and time & attendance.
  • Partner with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, and align workflows to business needs.
  • Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Configure and test system components including earnings, deductions, accruals, and integrations.
  • Conduct client training sessions and provide post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, support, and project management to ensure successful delivery.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions during implementation and stabilization phases.
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll setup and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on iSolved HCM implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax setup, benefits administration, and timekeeping systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Experience conducting client discovery sessions and translating requirements into system configurations.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work remotely while supporting clients in the DFW region.

Preferred

  • CPP or FPC certification.
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, or API connections.
  • Background in a PEO, HCM provider, or payroll services environment.

Additional Details

  • Location: Remote, but must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
  • Travel: Occasional client visits as needed.
  • Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
  • Compensation: $75K - $95K base.
