SDR -- Public Safety SaaS
A leading Public Safety SaaS company is hiring an SDR to join one of the strongest-performing sales teams in the space.
This isn't a role where you grind for two years hoping someone notices. The team is built around development and recent SDRs have made the jump to AE in as little as five months. The whole SDR team is currently over 100% quota, with top performers tracking at around 180%. The culture is exceptional, the mission is meaningful, and the progression is real.
The role
You'll be responsible for outbound prospecting into public safety agencies and organisations, generating qualified pipeline for the AE team. This is a fully remote position with a team that knows how to support remote reps without micromanaging them.

- Motivated, ambitious individuals who genuinely want to build a career in SaaS sales
- Experience in an outbound sales environment --- you understand what good SDR work looks like
- Degree educated or equivalent experience --- what matters is drive and commercial awareness
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

- $50,000 base (flexibility available depending on experience)
- $30,000 OTE
- Commission is uncapped
