Oracle Fusion Payables (AP) Functional Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion AP Functional Analyst with 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Payables. The role involves supporting invoice processing, payments, supplier management, AP accounting, and AP to GL integration. The candidate should have strong knowledge of P2P processes, SLA, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Payables
- Manage invoice processing, approvals, and payment cycles
- Support supplier setup and maintenance
- Handle AP accounting and GL integration
- Troubleshoot invoice, payment, and accounting issues
- Support AP month-end close and reconciliations
- Manage integrations with Procurement, Expenses, and banking systems
- Create and support reports using BI Publisher and OTBI
- Ensure compliance with audit and SOX controls
- Work with Finance and IT teams for process improvements
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Payables (AP) experience
- Strong understanding of P2P and AP processes
- Experience with SLA and AP to GL reconciliation
- Hands-on experience in invoice and payment processing
- Knowledge of FBDI/ADFdi data uploads
- Good troubleshooting and support skills
- Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Procurement and Expense integrations
- Knowledge of tax setup and banking/payment formats
- SOX compliance experience
- Basic SQL knowledge
