AI Engineer (d/m/w)

An innovative organisation in the media and publishing space is looking for a AI Engineer (d/m/w). You will join a newly formed team dedicated to shaping the future of journalism through artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for developing AI-based solutions, from agentic workflows to generative applications, that make technology and processes more intelligent.

What you'll be doing

Developing AI solutions using LangGraph and the Anthropic SDK, including agent-based workflows.
Selecting appropriate tools, models, and architectures to translate business requirements into functional products.
Building and operating infrastructure on AWS and Azure using Kubernetes, Flux, and Infrastructure as Code.
Managing the full lifecycle from prototype to production, including CI/CD pipelines and GitOps.
Collaborating with Product Owners and editorial teams to continuously improve AI tools through testing and fine-tuning.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in developing generative AI applications and machine learning solutions.
Technical proficiency with LangGraph, Anthropic SDK, and prompt engineering.
Solid background in cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
Experience with automation tools such as Flux, Grafana, Loki, and GitOps methodologies.
Ability to translate complex departmental needs into scalable technical architectures.
