Now Hiring: HR Representative

We're looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Representative to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both employees and leadership across a wide range of HR functions.

As an HR Representative, you'll serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing support in areas such as employee relations, benefits, performance management, and career development. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, help drive employee engagement initiatives, support recruitment and training efforts, and ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and effectively.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• 3--5 years of HR experience preferred (open to recent grads with strong potential)
• Experience with Workday and Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality

Schedule and Benefits

• Schedule: Monday--Friday, 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM
• Work Environment: Hybrid opportunity available (up to 2 days WFH after onboarding)
