Experience Desired:
- 3 years of professional experience in People & Culture, L&D, or Executive Leadership.
- A proven track record of professionalism and integrity.

The Role & Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Implement innovative lead-generation strategies across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) using our proprietary systems.
- Leadership & Coaching: Mentor new clients through the on-boarding process and provide ongoing professional guidance.
- High-Level Interviews: Conduct structured phone interviews to identify high-caliber candidates (full training and scripts provided).
- Collaborative Learning: Participate in weekly global training sessions to stay at the cutting edge of the industry.
