- Director of Strategy
This role leads strategy for Global Commercial & Marketing (GCM), the organization responsible for driving revenue, brand strength, and customer loyalty across the portfolio.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, this role shapes enterprise priorities, solves complex problems, and translates strategy into actionable initiatives. The Director partners across marketing, product, technology, and analytics to align on critical initiatives and deliver measurable business impact. This role also owns development of executive and Board-level communications.
Your day to day
- Define and advance GCM's strategic priorities across growth, loyalty, and commercial performance
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, including accelerating AI-driven capabilities
- Develop business cases for major investments (e.g., new technology platforms)
- Translate complex data and trends into clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Create compelling executive and Board-level presentations
- Track performance against strategic goals and drive course correction as needed
- Build strong partnerships across functions to align priorities and execute effectively
- Lead and develop a small team while contributing directly to the work
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships and strategic credibility
- Accelerate GCM's AI priorities and bring key initiatives to market
- Lead development of business case(s) for critical investments
What we need from you
- Bachelor's required; MBA preferred
- 8 years in strategy (consulting or corporate); management consulting strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
- Excellent executive presence and advanced storytelling (PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, global environment
- Curiosity and fluency in AI trends; hands-on use of AI tools preferred
- Experience leading small teams while remaining hands-on
Location and Compensation
Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $140,000.00 to $200,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
